These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (“User”, “you”, “your”) and TaxiMarket, owned and operated by CB Growth Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing, registering on, or using the Taxi Market platform, mobile application, website, or any related services (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
TaxiMarket operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology platform intended solely to facilitate collaboration and communication between travel agents and taxi drivers. The Platform does not provide transportation services and is not engaged in the business of operating taxis or providing travel arrangements.
For the purposes of these Terms:
a. “Travel Agent” refers to an independent individual or entity engaged in arranging transportation services for customers and using the Platform to post requirements or collaborate with drivers.
b. “Taxi Driver” refers to an independent driver or vehicle operator who uses the Platform to view, accept, and fulfil travel requirements posted by travel agents.
c. “Subscription” means the fee-based access granted to Users for use of certain features of the Platform, subject to the pricing and terms applicable from time to time.
d. “User Content” means any information, listing, communication, or material submitted by Users on the Platform.
3.1 The Platform is a digital intermediary enabling communication and coordination between travel agents and taxi drivers.
3.2 The Company does not:
3.3 All travel arrangements, fulfilment of rides, payments, pricing, cancellations, disputes, responsibilities, and liabilities arise solely between the travel agent and the taxi driver.
3.4 The Company is not a party to any agreement between Users and bears no responsibility or liability arising out of such agreements.
4.1 Users must be competent to contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
4.2 Users shall provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
4.3 Users shall be responsible for the security of their login credentials.
4.4 Users shall comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to commercial licensing, vehicle permits, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
4.5 Users agree not to misuse, disrupt, manipulate, or interfere with the Platform or other Users.
5.1 Certain features of the Platform may require payment of subscription fees and certain features like listing fee may require payment for a prepaid wallet balance.
5.2 Subscription fees and Wallet Balance paid by Users are non-refundable, except as expressly provided under the Company’s Cancellation and Refund Policy or mandated by law.
5.3 The Company’s maximum liability, if any, shall in no event exceed the total subscription amount actually paid by the User under the relevant subscription period or the unused wallet balance.
5.4 No warranty, guarantee, or assurance is provided regarding User outcomes, availability of drivers or agents, or successful collaboration.
Users shall not:
a. Post false, misleading, or fraudulent requirements or information;
b. Engage in abusive, defamatory, threatening, or unlawful conduct;
c. Use the Platform for spamming, data scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access;
d. Engage in harassment or coercive conduct towards any User;
e. Violate intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.
Violation of this clause may lead to suspension, termination, or legal action.
7.1 The Company is not responsible for:
7.2 All risks associated with the use of the Platform and subsequent interactions with other Users are assumed solely by the User.
7.3 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, exemplary, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
8.1 All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including software, interface design, graphics, trademarks, content, and proprietary materials, belong exclusively to the Company.
8.2 Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms.
8.3 Users shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform.
9.1 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User account without notice if the User:
9.2 Upon termination, the User shall lose access to the Platform and shall not be entitled to any refund unless mandated by law.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tis Hazari courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
The Company reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such revisions shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.
