This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms of Use governing access to and use of the TaxiMarket platform (“Platform”), owned and operated by CB Growth Private Limited (“TaxiMarket”, "Company", “we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. General Policy
Taxi Market operates as a SaaS collaboration platform for travel agents and taxi drivers. Users may make two types of payments on the Platform:
- Subscription Fees - for access to subscription-based features
- Wallet Balance - prepaid wallet balance used for posting / listing fees or other permitted Platform uses
All payments made on the Platform are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
2. Subscription Cancellation & Refunds
2.1 Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through TaxiMarket mobile app or through bank / UPI payment app.
Cancellation will stop future billing cycles, but will not reverse or refund the current or any previous billing cycle.
2.2 No Refund Policy for Subscription Fees
- All Subscription Fees are strictly non-refundable, whether used partially, fully, or not used at all.
- Cancelling a subscription will not entitle the User to any refund, credit, or pro-rated amount for the ongoing billing period.
- Access to subscription features will stop on subscription cancellation.
2.3 No Partial or Prorated Refunds
Taxi Market does not issue partial, prorated, or time-based refunds for:
- Early cancellation
- Non-use of the Platform
- Dissatisfaction with the Platform
- Lack of mutual agreement between Users
3. Wallet Balance Cancellation & Refunds
3.1 Nature of Wallet Balance
The wallet balance is a prepaid amount that Users may add to their TaxiMarket wallet for:
- Posting fees (e.g., “pay to post” fees for verified postings by drivers or agents)
- Other Platform-permitted charges, if introduced
Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or transferred to another user.
3.2 Strict No-Refund Policy for Wallet Balance
All amounts added to the wallet are final, non-refundable, and non-withdrawable, regardless of:
- Whether the balance is used or unused
- Whether the User continues or discontinues use of the Platform
- Whether a posting receives responses or not
- Any dispute or dissatisfaction with other User’s conduct or collaboration outcomes
3.3 Non-Refundability of Posting Fees
All posting fees deducted from the wallet are non-refundable, including when:
- A listing/posting does not receive responses
- The user withdraws, edits, or deletes a posting
- Another user cancels or does not respond
- There is a technical issue caused by the user
- The user violates any policy leading to suspension or termination
Posting fees serve as access/usage charges for Platform functionality — not for guaranteeing any outcome.
4. Account Termination or Suspension
If a User account is terminated, blocked, suspended, or otherwise restricted due to:
- Violation of the Terms of Use
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Misuse or abuse of the Platform
- Regulatory or legal requirements
No refund shall be provided for:
- Subscription Fees already paid
- Wallet balance remaining in the User’s account
- Any posting fees already deducted
TaxiMarket is not liable for any loss of access or remaining balance due to such actions.
4A. Fraudulent Activity by Drivers or Other Users
4A.1 If Taxi Market has reason to believe, determines through investigation, or receives credible reports that a driver, travel agent, or any user has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious activity, including but not limited to:
- posting fraudulent or misleading listings,
- misrepresenting identity, vehicle, or service capability,
- manipulating or abusing Platform systems,
- engaging in scams or attempts to defraud other users,
- attempting to obtain postings or business through false information,
- creating multiple accounts for impersonation or misuse,
Taxi Market shall have the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:
- immediately suspend,
- permanently blacklist, or
- terminate the user’s account
without any prior notice and without any liability to the user.
4A.2 In such cases, the user shall not be entitled to:
- any refund of Subscription Fees,
- any refund or withdrawal of wallet balance,
- any reimbursement of posting fees or charges, or
- any financial, service-related, or commercial compensation of any kind.
4A.3 Taxi Market shall bear no liability whatsoever, financial, contractual, or service-related, arising from such fraudulent conduct, including any losses suffered by other users as a result of such activity. All disputes, claims, or losses arising between users shall remain strictly between those users.
5. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
In rare circumstances of:
- Proven duplicate payments
- Technical errors on the Platform resulting in incorrect billing
- Banking / payment gateway errors
TaxiMarket may refund or adjust balances at its sole discretion,subject to verification. This does not apply to intentional top-ups, subscription renewals, or valid charges.
6. No Refunds for Non-Usage or Dissatisfaction
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- User chooses not to use the Platform after payment
- User is dissatisfied with collaborations or responses from other Users
- User experiences delays in receiving responses
- User’s expectations of business outcomes are not met
- User misuses or incorrectly uses Platform features
- Change of business needs or personal preferences
Taxi Market provides collaboration tools but does not guarantee activity, response rates, bookings, revenue, deals, or results of any kind.
7. Modification of Policy
TaxiMarket reserves the right to:
- Modify this Policy
- Introduce additional conditions
- Update fee structures and refund rules
Any changes will take effect upon posting the updated Policy on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy.
